The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide career guidance, good employment opportunities and world class training to the students of UCEK, JNTU Kakinada. The College has a spacious Training & Placement Cell equipped with latest infrastructure for the smooth and efficient conduct of Training programmes and Campus Recruitment Drives by various organizations. The Training & Placement Cell offers best infrastructural facilities. It provides the best hospitality and all the required facilities such as Central Air Conditioned Auditorium for Pre-Placement Talks, Air Conditioned Exam halls for the conduct of Aptitude and Technical Tests, Personal computers with high speed internet connectivity with UPS and Generator Support for conduct of Online Test, Exclusive Group Discussion Rooms, Exclusive and Spacious Air Conditioned Interview Rooms, a spacious suet room with dining hall, a Special Confidential Room with WiFi connectivity, Photo Copier machine, printers, etc for Company Officials.

The Cell is created exclusively for facilitating student’s placement in various organizations before they graduate from the College. The Cell is headed by a faculty member of the College designated as Training & Placement Officer. The Training & Placement Officer initiates and maintains liaison between various Industries/Organizations and the Institution. These organizations are invited to the Institution for Campus Recruitments, which commences from the seventh semester of B.Tech courses every year.
