• Fifty per cent of the scholarship is disbursed at the end of the first year of the program, while the remaining 50% is given out at the end of the 2nd year of the PGDM course program. 
• Students must note that only one scholarship is offered to a single student. In case a student is eligible for more than one, then they are awarded their choice of only 1 IMI Bhubaneswar Scholarship 2024.

Pre-Admission Scholarships

IMI Bhubaneswar scholarships are awarded to various categories of students to encourage and reward exemplary performances.

• CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT Score Scholarships

Students with an attractive career who have secured 80 percentile or above in CAT/XAT/CMAT or 80% or above in GMAT are awarded up to INR 1 Lakh as IMI Bhubaneswar scholarships.

• Female Scholarship

IMI Bhubaneswar FPM Scholarship

The International Management Institute Bhubaneswar scholarships are offered to a selected few FPM scholars based on the institute’s eligibility criteria. The scholarship guidelines are mentioned below.

• Upon the completion of the examination, defence of the thesis proposal, and other required work for the course, the selected candidates receive a stipend of INR 31,000 per month for one year and INR 35,000 per month for the years after.
• The stipends are disbursed at the end of every trimester (3-month semesters).
• The FPM scholar’s academic performance is reviewed half-yearly, and if proven unsatisfactory, then the stipend is revoked. 
• The scholars are also eligible for a contingency grant of INR 20,000 from the 2nd year onwards for thesis purposes, stationary and other incidental expenses.
• An amount of up to INR 75,000 is offered to the students to attend conferences, summer schools or workshops during their academic tenure.
• If the research scholars publish their work in A+ or A star categories, then an incentive worth INR 1-2 Lakhs is offered, depending on the category of the journal.

IMI Bhubaneswar Tuition-Fee Waiver Scheme

Deserving students belonging to the Economically Weaker Section of the society are offered a Tuition-Fee Waiver. The institute aims to offer equal educational opportunities to everyone, and thus, meritorious students are selected for the same.

Documents Required and Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria and documents required for this IMI Bhubaneswar scholarship are mentioned below.

• Students with a family income less than INR 8 LPA will be eligible for this scholarship.
• This IMI Bhubaneswar Scholarship 2024 will open its registrations after the admission process is concluded.
• Students must apply at the admission office and complete the registrations within the due dates.
• No extension of dates is allowed for any student if they miss the due date.
• Documents, including Income Tax Returns, PAN numbers, certificates issued by the Competent Authority and any other Government-verified documents, are required.
• This scholarship is offered up to 5 percent of the total student intake for that academic year.
• Students must note that the decision to award and cancel the scholarship lies only with the IMI Bhubaneswar Scholarship Committee.
