The institute has various lecture halls, larger theaters for seminars, small discussion rooms for tutorial exercises and syndicate rooms for student team meetings. The halls are equipped with LCD projectors, TV screens, White and black boards. All rooms are enabled with WIFI and central air conditioning. The classes have ample amount of natural light in the rooms and have carpeted flooring and ergonomic furniture in bright and inviting colors.

Tutorial and Case Discussion Rooms

IILM Undergraduate Business School provides tutorial support to all the students. The tutorials intent for delivering the practical component of the curriculum to the students in small groups. The tutorial rooms are equipped with round tables for group work and case discussions. Students sit in individual groups on round tables and hold discussions, contributing to team work.

Stock Trading Room

IILM has Stock Trading Rooms with workstations which are of immense help in demonstrating the students about the trading techniques.
Students use mock money to understand the risks, returns and working of various financial instruments. Without risking their hard earned money, students and faculty members can practice and develop investment strategies by trading in a realistic financial environment where price feeds come directly from NSE, MCX and NCDEX.
They can trade Equities (including stock and index futures and options), Commodities and Mutual Funds using mock money based on real time price feeds. Based on these trade, various analytical reports are generated that help students in investing and understanding the financial markets in India, which will ultimately help them in getting better jobs and making sound investment decisions.

Student Residence

• The structure consists of 3 floors with about 10 rooms on each floor. The rooms are spacious, all rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light. The top of the building has a huge private terrace providing a view of the surrounding areas.
• The rooms provide an excellent view of the city and have inbuilt split air conditioners,  geysers for hot water. Each room has a private balcony facilitating fresh air and proper circulation.
• They are equipped with beds, bed side tables, wooden cabinets, racks and attached bath. Each floor is equipped with pantry services, drinking water, washing machines, fridges and microwaves for usage.
• The entire facility is connected with WIFI and under CCTV surveillance, the facility provides 24 power back up. The premise is guarded by male security personnel for the day and night and are designed with all precautions for fire and safety. Alarm systems are installed at all exits.
• The main gates are connected through CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, manned commandos to provide a safe, secure and comfortable environment to all inmates.
