Infrastructure Facility of IPMT:

Department of Homeopathy  fully operational and providing complete health care to the patients through distribution of medicines in homeopathy.

Operation Theatre– An Operation Theatre fully equipped with latest motorised operating table and Boyle’s Apparatus (Anaesthesia Machine) including Operation Microscopes (Takagi-Japan and an Inami head-Appasamy) for Microsurgery in which the Intra – ocular lenses are implanted in the cataract operated patients. Phaco Emulsifier was also added to upgrade the system to provide ultramodern surgery at an affordable cost to the poor sector of the society by which we can do more eye surgeries efficiently.

Audio-Visual Centre  having Epidiascope, Overhead Projector, VCR, CD Player, Video Camera. All the departments are linked with computers back-up for demonstration of latest technology in the field of allied health sciences.

Library  having large collection of reference books on related subjects of the courses and other general books / magazines to update the knowledge of the students.

Physics Laboratory  fully equipped with instruments to explain various scientific applications and procedures fitted with optical bench.

Lecture Halls and Auditorium – Five Latest furnished Lecture Halls  with latest desks with twin sitting facilities.

Ward (General and Private Rooms) – Latest ceiling and well lighted fully AC and Comprising of latest fitted beds for indoor patients having all facilities. There are NO charges for the same are as per the charity done by the society.

Community Lab. fully equipped with all modern preventive measures icluding community Bag for Camp purposes and door to door survey for the family planning with the help of necessary aids.

Midwifery Lab. fully equipped with all modern beds /gynae table for demonstration of various procedures in routine and emergency. It includes the preparation and maintenance of patient beds.

Nutrition Lab. fully equipped with all modern facilities (Microwave, Refrigerator, Food Processor, Sprout Maker) required for the purpose of teaching and demonstrating for preparation good healthy nutritive food for the individuals and their nutritive values with the help of latest modern utensils and process.

OPD Services. Well organised OPD having latest sitting facalities for the patient during waiting period with seperate cubicles for different doctors and machines. Recently, a new venture had been inaugurated by Shri Vikas Ahlawat (SDM) at our new premises in the name of “S.S.Polyclinic” providing all specialists at highly subsidised consultation charges. It is one of the best of its kind providing consultations for Obs and Gynae, Medical, ENT, Eye, Orthopaedics, Homeopathy clinic, Physiotherapy, Child and Dental.

Attachments –The institute is attached to various blood banks and hospitals in Delhi and in other states also, which provides six months internship training in the related fields. Including Central Hospital(Northern Railway), R.B.T.B.Hospital (Municipal Corporation of Delhi), Kingsway Camp,N.D., Majeedia Hospital (Jamia Hamdard), Hamdard Nagar , N.D., MAX Hospital, Gurgaon, Paras Hospital-Gurgaon, Lok Kalyan Samiti-ITO, Fortis Hospital-Vasant Kunj, Focus Imaging Centre-Green Park etc.

Hostels – Furnished separate Boys & Girls Hostels adjacent to Institute. The rooms are allotted on twin share basis. The hostel is having 24 hours water and elctricity supply with its own boring facility and generator back up. Girls hostel is having ceiling fitted with proper ceiling lighting and ventilation.

Transportation Institute is having a latest CNG fitted Van for the convenience of the students and staff for dropping at the training and to the nearby Metro stations (Qutab Minar and Chatterpur). The van is used during the medical camps also.
