- The candidates have to complete the Bachelor of Laws LL.B 5 years program from any recognized University.
- The candidates have to complete a Bachelor of Laws LL.B 3years program from any recognized University along with a Bachelor's Degree, not less than 3 years of Humanities/ Science/ Commerce or equivalent.
- The candidates who do not have above 8.5 CGPA in the LL.B (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Law from the IIT Kharagpur are not eligible for the admission without getting qualified in Common Entrance Test (CET).
- A fee waiver of 100% on tuition fees is given to the students of SC/ST/PWD.
- Applicants are required to apply online. The application fee is INR 2500 for General/OBC and INR 1250 for SC/ST candidates.
