IIM Rohtak admission is one of the autonomous institutes established by the Government of India in 2009. IIM Rohtak is one of the six new IIMs approved by the Government of India that offered various courses such as the Program of a postgraduate degree in administration, the Teacher Development Program, etc. The EPGDSM program at IIM Rohtak is also accepting applicants. Admission is based on CAT/GRE/GMAT scores followed by PI.

• February 06, 2023: IIM Rohtak opens applications for IPMAT 2023. The exam will be held on May 20, 2023.
• January 25, 2023: IIM Rohtak launches BBA-LLB programme. Admissions are to be made through CLAT. The last date to apply is April 20, 2023.

IIM Rohtak UG Admission 2023

IPM

• IIM Rohtak admission 2023 offers a five-year integrated course known as IPM (Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management) at the end of which an MBA degree is awarded to the graduates.
• Candidates have to maintain a minimum of a CGPA of 5 to be eligible for the last two years of the course. The students below the CGPA will receive a BBA degree and shall exit the course. Admission to the course is entrance-based.
• Candidates need to pass the IIM Rohtak IPM Aptitude Test (IPM AT) followed by a Personal Interview (PI) to become eligible for admission.

BBA LLB

• Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak offers a five-year Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) or BBA LLB. 
• The minimum eligibility for this course is a Class 12 pass. It is a non-residential program. On completion of the course, graduates receive the integrated degree of BBA-LLB. Admission to the course is merit-based.
• Candidates are shortlisted as per the HSC and CLAT scores and invited for the Personal Interview (PI) round. After the final admission rounds, the IIM Rohtak BBA LLB merit list is released, and offer letters are sent out to selected students.

IIM Rohtak PG Admission 2023 

The IIM Rohtak Graduate Program (PGP), also known as the MBA, is a two-year degree. The other two popular programs of the Institute are E-MBA and MMS. Admission to courses is prior admission. Candidates with valid exam results will be shortlisted for the interview round.

• Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak offers a Master of Management Studies (MMS) course for two years of duration. This postgraduate-level degree program is for working professionals.
•  Candidates can apply for the course through the IIMR online application portal. Admission to the program is entrance-based. Candidates with a valid CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE score can apply
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA. Applicants shall have 3-year of managerial/entrepreneurial/professional experience at the time of admission.

MBA/ EPGDM

• Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak offers a two-year Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management (EPGDSM).
• This course is designed for experienced professionals, sports enthusiasts, and sports administrators. The selection process for EPGDSM admission at IIM Rohtak includes the sports aptitude assessment test followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate or equivalent overall grade in any discipline are eligible to apply. The applicants with some work experience in a relevant field shall have an added advantage.

IIM Rohtak GMAT Admission 2023

Candidates can take the GMAT exam for admission to IIM Rohtak's one-year intensive MBA/PGP program. GMAT scores are valid for five years from the round's end date. There is no official date for the GMAT 2023 exam; Instead, you can choose any day that works for you and is open to you. The GMAT exam can be taken once every 16 days. The maximum number of tests per year is 5 and the maximum number of tests per lifetime is 8.

The IIM Rohtak admission 2023 application form is available on the institute's Official website. The candidates who filled application form with the application fee must be submitted online. For admission to Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) the candidates can download the IIM Rohtak IPM application form. On selection, the candidate will receive an offer letter and shall confirm the seat by paying the registration fee as per the IIM Rohtak Fees Structure.

Admission Process for PGP Batch 2023

The admission process to the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak is a five-stage process

Stage I- Online Registration for PGP Admission batch 2023, IIM Rohtak.  

Minimum eligibility criteria for the registration process are based on the aggregate percentile scores in the CAT 2021 as mentioned below

Stage II- Online Personal Interview (Online PI) 

1. All shortlisted candidates at Stage I will appear in Stage II (Online PI).  
2. All the shortlisted candidates will be informed by email to download their call letters to appear in Online PI. All the required details like date, time, and other required guidelines will be mentioned in the call letter for those students who are shortlisted for a personal interview. 

Stage III - The candidate's Final Selection List based on CAT, Online PI & Diversity scores. 

1. A weight of 60% will be assigned to CAT Total Score (Scaled to 100). A weight of 20% will be given to Online PI Score. Further, a weightage of 20% will be given for Academic diversity and Gender diversity. 
2. The weighted aggregate of the following components namely CAT, Online PI, and Diversity will be used to prepare a merit/rank list, and accordingly, the candidates will be invited to appear in Stage-IV

Stage IV – Offer for Provisional Admission for the PGP program batch 2023 

1. The offer of admission to the candidate will be made strictly based on merit/ rank list and availability of seats in each category (Gen, SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS & DAP) as per reservation rules of Govt. of India.

2. All the shortlisted candidates will receive a provisional offer letter for admission from [email protected] on their registered email id.

3. A candidate receiving an admission offer from IIM Rohtak (IIM-R) and accepting the offer within the stipulated date, needs to deposit the Offer Acceptance Amount (as mentioned in the Offer Letter) through an online payment link. A receipt and a text message of the transaction will be shared by the associated bank on the registered email id/ mobile no. of the candidates.

4. The candidate will receive his/her confirmation letter for provisional admission for PGP Admission 2023 on his/her registered email id. All the reporting requirements/ joining formalities will be mentioned in this confirmation letter.

Stage V – Reporting for joining the PGP program 2023

1. Candidate need to login on Institute website by using his/her login credentials (Username & Password) to deposit the full program fee/Term Fee as mentioned in the confirmation letter and need to report to the Institute Campus in IIM Rohtak as per communicated schedule in the confirmation letter subject to the COVID 19 situation or/and Government of India guidelines.

2. Further, on the day of reporting on the campus of IIM Rohtak, the admission team will physically verify the documents and allocate hostel rooms to the candidates. Hostel allocation (Twin sharing A.C. Rooms) will be done on a first come first serve basis separately for male and female students. Hostel rooms for the DAP category will be arranged on the ground floor on a twin-sharing basis on the IIM Rohtak campus.
