Indian Institute of Hospitality and Management, Mumbai, offers a world-class infrastructure that assists all students in pursuing their goals. Computer Lab

• IIHM Mumbai is well equipped with a computer lab. The computer lab is fully furnished with modern teaching aids that help instructors make demonstrations and presentations more effective.

Library   

• IIHM Mumbai library has a rich collection of books, journals, magazines, and periodicals on hotel management, all under one roof. It is the centre of attraction for students.

Training Restaurant

• IIHM Mumbai training restaurant provides a platform for the students to hone their food and beverage skills. They are given inputs on classical wine service along with various styles of foodservice. The emphasis here is on style, presentation & sophistication in service.

Quantity Training Kitchen   

• To provide hands-on practical training in quantity cooking, emphasising the mixing & combining of ingredients in the right proportions for large quantities, rectifying errors during cooking to avoid wastage, and introducing the students to Indian regional cuisines with special emphasis on authenticity, ethnicity and cultural linkages.

Advanced Training Kitchen   

• To emphasise the importance of appearance, garnish, presentation, and eye appeal make the food look presentable.
• It is equipped with ultra-modern kitchen gadgets and equipment for students.

Bakery & Confectionery

• Candidates can learn different baking methods, bake various bread with a variety of ingredients, and also understand patisserie techniques with cake making.

Housekeeping Lab   

• A well-equipped housekeeping lab is there in the college with laundry equipment. Housekeeping is the department that deals essentially with cleanliness and all ancillary services. 

Hostel Facilities   

• The college provides separate accommodation facilities for girls and boys. Both the hostels are located within the enclosure of the college, being so convenient that one may fall out of bed and walk into class.

Classroom

• The classrooms are equipped with comfortable seating and the latest audio or visual tools to facilitate a smooth transfer of knowledge.
• Classrooms provide the most conducive atmosphere for dynamic and focused discussions.

Front Office Lab

• A mock front desk, bell & travel desk helps students to simulate a front office environment.
• IIHM Mumbai lab provides students with inputs on the Front house operations. A fully functional reception area has a dedicated front desk, lobby desk, and guest seating area.

Mess

• Hostel residents can avail mess facilities that serve breakfast, lunch & dinner to students.
