About Gondwana University

Gondwana University is a University situated in Eastern Maharashtra that came into existence on 23rd June 2010 by the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. Its main objective is to inculcate in its student's academic knowledge as well industrial exposure. It offers courses in the fields of Science, Commerce, Humanities, Law, Education and Medicine. 10 colleges are affiliated to the Gondwana University and it is accredited by the UGC, NAAC and also AIU.

Hostel Details

Hostels at Gondwana University:

There are different hostels present for boys as well as girls.
The hostels are equipped with all the basic amenities like internet, power - supply and water - supply. It also has decent catering facilities and it maintains a hygienic setup.
Hostels are present in the various colleges affiliated to the University and the student will have to pay an extra fee in order to avail hostel facilities.
The hostel facility came into existence primarily for the students who hailed from the rural strata of the society and hence did not have resources to use transportation.
The hostel fee is hence economical and student friendly.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY

The class timing for Senior college students are morning 8.00am to noon 12.00pm for lectures and from 12.30pm to 2.00pm for practicals.
The method of teaching is excellent.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

The main festivals on campus are Bramhapuri Mahotsav festival for 3 days, Ganesh Chaturthi for 10 days, Gathering Function for 3 days.
Annual day celebration, Send off Party, 31st December New year welcome.
One NCC Cadet(Girl) was selected for Republic Day Parade(26th January 2017) in NewDellhi.

Before filling online application please draw a DD of Rs. 800/- for Open category and
Rs. 600/- for reserved category in favor of â€œFinance & Account Officer, Gondwana
University,Gadchiroliâ€, payable at Gadchiroli (M.S.), from any nationalized bank.
Please click on â€œApply Onlineâ€ link available on the left side of the Home Page.
Your login id and password will be generated after registration.
Please note down your login id and password and Form number for all future correspondence.
Go back to Home Page, Click on 'Click Here To Login' tab, enter your login id and password.
Fill the complete online application form and take the print.
