Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur offers scholarships to eligible candidates providing equal opportunities to meritorious students. The main objective of this policy is to encourage brilliant students to acquire higher education at an affordable fee while being good active members of society. Below are the various scholarship schemes and criteria needed.

Scholarship based on JEE (Mains)

Merit Scholarship

• This scholarship is available to students pursuing their UG and PG Programs based on their past academic performance.
• Scholarships will range from 10% fee waiver to 50% fee waiver.
• The College offers up to 100% scholarships for the students belonging to SC ⁄ ST categories under the Government scheme.
• A maximum of 10% of the total seats in each Course shall be offered under the above scheme.
• The students admitted under the scholarship schemes shall have to maintain a minimum of 75% percentage in each semester, If the students fails to maintain 75% percentage marks , then the scholarship scheme will be withdrawn automatically without giving any notice to students.

    Documents Required

• Original transcripts of Class XII and Class X.
• Original transcripts from Undergraduate Program. (If PG scholarship)

Old Student Scholarship Policy

• The students, who seek admission in Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur for post-graduation programs after qualifying degree/diploma from the Institute will be provided a scholarship equivalent to 10% of the semester fee for entire duration of the course.
• The students admitted under the above schemes shall have to maintain a minimum of 75%, absolute discipline, without any supplementary ⁄ compartments failing which the incentives given shall stand withdrawn.

     Documents Required

• Original transcripts of Class XII and Class X.
• Original transcripts from Undergraduate Program. 

Sibling Scholarship

• The Institute offers 10% concession on the semester fee to one of the siblings studying in Global Institute, till both siblings are studying in the Institute.
• The students admitted under the above schemes shall have to maintain a minimum of 75%, absolute discipline, without any supplementary ⁄ compartments failing which the incentives given shall stand withdrawn.

    Documents Required

• Original transcripts of Class XII and Class X.
• Proof of relation.
• Proof that sibling is a student or Alumni of GIT Jaipur 

Concession to Girl Sibling

• The Global Institute provides 10% concession on the semester fee to both female siblings for entire duration of the course.
• The students admitted under the above schemes shall have to maintain a minimum of 75%, absolute discipline, without any supplementary ⁄ compartments failing which the incentives given shall stand withdrawn.

     Documents Required

• Original transcripts of Class XII and Class X.
• Proof of relation.
• Proof that both are enrolled at GIT Jaipur

Government Scholarship Scheme for students from Jammu and Kashmir

• Student belongs to the State of Jammu and Kashmir who has passed the class XII or equivalent exam from the J&K Board or CBSE.
• Pursuing general degree courses, Engineering and medical studies.   
• Pursuing the course in an institution located outside the state of J&K.   
• Income ceiling will be below Rs 6,00,000/–per annum.

• Photocopy of Aadhar card

Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme

• For those students who are dependent wards/widows of ex–service men and ex–coast Guard personnel who died in harness ⁄ disable due to causes attributable to military service ⁄ post-guard service, irrespective of the rank .
• Students should have scored 60% and above in minimum educational qualification i.e 10 + 2 ⁄ Diploma ⁄ Graduation.

     Documents Required

• 10 + 2 ⁄ Diploma ⁄ Graduation mark sheet certificate.
• Aadhar linked bank a ⁄ c details of the student
• Photocopy of Aadhar card

Ishan Uday Scholarship

• For students with domicile of NER (North Eastern Regions) who have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent exam from a school situated within NER through any recognized board and have secured admission in degree courses under-recognized institutes within and outside the states of NER.
• The income of the parents should not exceed Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum.

     Documents Required

• 10 +2 Marksheet certificate
• Certificate of income by the competent authority for the state government in which the student is domiciled.
• Domicile State certificate by the competent Authority.
• Affidavit on Rs. 50 ⁄ – stamp paper from the student – parent duly attested by SDM ⁄ First Class Magistrate – Gazetted Officer (not below the rank of Tehsildar) for not availing any other scholarship.
•  Aadhar linked bank a ⁄ c details of the student.
• Photocopy of Aadhar card.

Global Sports Scholarship

The following scholarship schemes for sportspersons of various categories have been made.

• Only 2% of total seats in each course/ discipline may be offered for sports admission.
• Individual events will be preferred for admission.
• Performance trials will be taken.
• The final decision for admission will be taken by Director Sports
• A concession can be revised after one year as per performance level.

     Documents Required

• Graduation certificates is required
• The last two years' performance Certificates will be considered.
