TCS, Infosys, Amdocs, L&T Infotech pick up maximum students with salaries ranging between INR 2.5 lakhs p.a. to INR 4 lakhs p.a.
  • In recent years, placements have picked up even more, with some more dream companies like Google, IBM, Hewlett Packard, JP Morgan, Nerolac coming in and offering better packages. Expect the trend to continue

Companies like JP Morgan come for the placement here. Average package is INR 5 lakh per annum.

  • Many core companies come for campus placement in this college from almost every sector i.e. IT, manufacturing, electrical, computer, finance etc. like L&T, Godrej, Morgan, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, IBM and many other local companies.
  • Average salary is Rs. 3.2 lakhs per annum. The highest salary is Rs. 13.5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of eligible students placed is about 75%.
  • There is an annual alumni meet in the college.

Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Mechanical Engineering), batch of 2016
  • In the 2013-14 year, eight top Multinational Companies visited Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering campus to recruit the BE and ME students across the four departments. Infosys and Wipro Technologies were first companies on Day One at PCCE and hired an impressive 78 students. Tech Mahindra, HSBC Software development, and Persistent System Ltd rolled out another 50 job offers. Companies such as IBM and Indus Valley Partners also offered 2 jobs each, while Mphasis is yet to declare their results. Most of the HR Managers stated that the ‘conversion rates’ of the students of PCCE, from the tests to the interviews, ranked among the top in the country.
  • The training packages offered to students varied from company to company, ranging from 3.3 lakhs to  6 lakhs.
