Library-

Library has a collection of over 16000 books related to management computer science and allied subjects.  The Library holds a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, CDs/DVDs, e-journals, reports, case studies, conference proceeding, training manuals, etc.  The Library with its modern collection of knowledge resources and innovative information services fills an essential role for the academic community in their intellectual pursuits. Books: The Library has a highly selective collection of over 16000 books in the area of management information technology and tourism related subjects. Journals: The Library subscribes to 50 print journals specific to the academic and research needs of the IMS community.  Besides, there are over 20 e-journals available in full-text through the online databases subscribed by the library. E-resources: The electronic library includes databases such as CMIE’s Prowess, Business Beacon and DELNET online journals, Emerald, ICFAI University press. Other Resources: The library also holds a collection of case studies, annual reports of companies, etc., in the area  of management and related subjects.

Computer Lab-

Disha Institute has a state of art computing facility consisting of 150 computers installed in two Labs and approx 50 computers for teaching faculty and 25 for administrative staff to execute their duties in a well manner.  

A total Application software like MS Office 2007, MS Project, Business Beacon, Prowess, SPSS 16.0, SQL Server & IBM Rational Rose are extensively used. Facilities for Scanning & printing include high speed Laser Jet Network printers. The Campus Network is protected using Windows ISA Server 2006 based Firewall and bandwidth management tools. Email virus protection is provided through Symantec Antivirus, Corporate Edition. An academic alliance with Microsoft for all software’s products from Microsoft is also registered as an educational campus agreement.  

Assessment software for grading, course registration, faculty feedback, attendance in class, conducting online evaluations, etc. has also been installed on the network. This can be selectively accessed by authorized Sections of IMS community. An e-Learning On-Line module is being used by the Faculty to provide Learning Notes, exercises, assignments and conduct Quizzes.

Lecture Rooms-

Well-furnished spacious classrooms and lecture halls gives the future managers and technocrats a focused arena to develop their personalities. The latest audio-visual aids and multimedia technology enables the faculty members to have interactive sessions of teaching, which adds confidence and enthusiasm among our students.

Auditorium-

An auditorium has the capacity of seating 300 people at a time. It is equipped with latest audio-visual system which enhances the effect of conferences, seminars, symposiums and other cultural events.
