Bareilly College was started as a school in 1837 under the government of Sir Charles Metcalfe the then Lt. Governor of the North-Western Provinces. The school was known for revolts during the 1850s. There are no societies, clubs on campus. Sports, Diwali, Holi etc are the main festival on campus. The life in college, in general, is good

The daily routine is varied according to sections that will be allotted during counselling. Exams will be conducted annually but strictly. The quality of teaching is excellent. My overall experience in college is awesome.

This college has been a very shoddy & horrendous college I've ever seen. I would like to establish here quite clearly that don't go there if you are bright and unique in any way because this might take you in try to destroy you and vomit you out.    

FOREIGN EXCHANGE & INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE
This college stod nowhere and so should be its current position. Don.'t expect anthing at all because in terms of international expose the faculties there are not enough qualified.
