Deogiri Institute of Engineering & Management Studies (DIEMS), Aurangabad was established in 2009. The institute is affiliated to the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad and approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India. The institute is founded by Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. The main objective of the institute is to create a wide spread education network seeking mass participation in education

The vision of the institute is to eliminate the darkness of ignorance from the lives of people living in age - long poverty and help proceed towards knowledge to achieve all round development. The college was established with the mission of providing quality education to socially and economically backward classes and bringing out educational and cultural development of rural population providing standard facilities for hostel accommodation.

Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies (DIEMS) was established in 2009 by Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. MSPM is one of the oldest and biggest trust in Marathwada region has decided to impart quality engineering education for the students of region. Its aim is to provide quality education to socially and economically backward classes bringing out educational and cultural development of rural population. It offers under graduate and post graduate engineering and management courses.
