Faculty

DIFT its strength from its faculty which has a strong professional and academic base. The blend of qualification and experience enriches every individual to trains under them. The faculty at DIFT works on principle of continuous improvement and regular up gradation of knowledge. Apart from the regular full time faculty, industry experts in the form of guest faculty are also called from time to time to share their knowledge and invaluable experiences with students.

Studios & Laboratories

The institute is equipped with workshops for Garment's construction, Draping, Pattern making, Fashion art and illustration, sketching and a skilled work force to assist design and technology students in their learning. All these studios are equipped to handle professional work in addition to meeting training needs. In addition DIFT's resource centre and library houses over a large collection of books, journals, Magazines, traditional and contemporary textile swatches, embellishments and accessories etc in all possible fields relating to the course being offered.
