Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering offers an exceptional placement division to help all students get jobs. In collaboration with CIL - Centre for Innovation & Leadership and HR Division, the Centre offers pre-placement soft skills training to all students to prepare them for modern corporate requirements. 

The Placement Division also provides training in CV writing, aptitude assessment, mock interviews, group discussions, and other areas. Internship opportunities in various industries will be made available to interested UG/PG students. DSCE is dedicated to providing the best talent to corporations. The DSCE's highest package was INR 22.7 LPA provided by Class Method.

The Training and Placement Cell has a well-equipped Auditorium/ Seminar Hall for pre-placement talks, and well-furnished rooms for training, interviews, and counseling. The Placement Cell coordinates with recruiting companies and handles the entire end-to-end placement process. The Training and Placement Cell at DSCE is also committed to improving students' employability skills by organizing the following training programs. Creating aptitude training programs to improve numeric, verbal, logical, and reasoning abilities. Organizing soft-skills training to help students enhance their personality, confidence level, and public speaking skills, conducting mock interviews, and group discussions.
