Agricultural Engineering of College of Agriculture is a constituent of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University popularly known as HAU, was established in 1991. It is named after India's seventh Prime Minister, Choudhary Charan Singh. It is accredited by AICTE.

The CAET institution is placed in the campus of the University spread over in 7219 acres of land, as a constituent college of the HAU with another three colleges named College of Agriculture, College of Basic Science and College of Home Science. The campus is sited on the National Highway-10 in Hisar District of Haryana. The campus is just 2 km away from the Hisar Railway Station and 3 km from the Bus Stand.
