Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management was established in 2010. The campus is located in Hyderabad and it is popularly known as CAIIHM. It offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma courses, namely BSc Hotel Management, PG-DIPLOMA  in Hotel Management, and Diploma in different streams.  The college is having Affiliation with Osmania University and collaboration with various universities like Singhania, Institute of Professional Development (Open University - Malaysia), Jawaharlal Nehru Technical Education- Council of Skill Development, Bharat Sevak Samaj for offering different programs.

There are in total four campuses in metro cities i.e. in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad (Balkampet), and Hyderabad (Khairatabad). The college offers upto 90% industry oriented practical classes. There are over 500 experienced and expert faculty members.

 Classrooms

• The classrooms in Chennais Amirta are adequately ventilated and equipped with LCD projectors, contemporary audiovisual equipment along sophisticated seating arrangements for enhanced learning

Practical Laboratories

• With 90% of the curriculum involving practical classes, the practical lab is used to teach the students the practical aspects of the theoretical curriculum

Restaurant

• The Institute has a multi-cuisine restaurant on the campus
• The restaurant is used to train the students on the various aspects of fine dining, equipment used in the food industry

Culinary Lab

• CAIIHM Hyderabad has a culinary lab that is built to give the impression of a 5-star hotel kitchen and is packed with modern and imported equipment

Bakery Lab

• Chennais Amirta Hyderabad uses a bakery lab to teach its students the sophisticated norms of bakery and confectionary

Carving

• The Institute gives training on vegetable carving, butter carving, ice carving, fruit carving, and many more
• It also teaches modern techniques and specialized tools

Bartending

• The students of the institute are also trained in the presentation and preparation of cocktails, mocktails, flaring, juggling, and many more
• The bars are well equipped and brigaded into 3 parts- Front bar, Back bar, and Underbar

Housekeeping

• The housekeeping lab is used to teach bed making, guest amenities, interior setting, etc 
• It is packed with all the essential manual and automatic equipment

CAIIHM Hyderabad Scholarships

The institute offers various types of scholarships based on merit, community, and achievements. CAIIHM scholarships are mentioned below

• ST/ SC students (10% in term fees on the course selected)
• Merit 10% in term fees on the course selected (90% marks scored in SSLC for diploma)
• Merit 10% in term fees on the course selected (90% marks scored in HSC for degree)
• Merit 10% in term fees on the course selected (90% marks scored in UG for post-degree)
• Sports quota – students with records of excellence in sports under National/ State/ District level shall be considered

Chennais Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad application process is conducted in online and offline mode. Admission to all the courses offered by the institute is strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• B.Sc programs offered by the institute have Collaborated with Singhania University
• B.Sc HMCT programs offered by the institute are affiliated with Osmania University.
