- Chennai Institute of Technology Placements: The aim of the placement cell is to provide top class placements to deserving candidates. CIT has tie-ups and links with many companies. The training and placement cell at Chennai Institute of Technology is functioning with a training and placement director, development officers along with one staff member as coordinator from each department and student representatives as members of Training and Placement Cell.
- This cell organizes regular aptitude training programs, group discussions to develop technical skills and personality development programs to improve the soft skills of the students. CIT has attracted over 450 + recruiters for placement at the campus. In the year 2019 -2020, 567 students were enrolled for placement. The cell also moulds the candidate and enables them to successfully handle challenges of present society and excel in every aspect of life.
