Chaitanya Institute of Technolgy and Science, [CITS] Warangal Infrastructure: Library, Hostel, Gym, Auditorium & Other Facilities

 

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. They have perfect security and excellent accommodation with south Indian cuisine. These hostels are so designed that they accommodate the students giving all facilities required. We also prescribe stringent rules and egulations to be followed by the boarders to enable smooth functioning of the hostels. The rooms and atmosphere of the hostel and its campus are designed in such a way that they are conducive to the overall perceptual development of the student. The parents, before admitting their children into hostel, are requested to ensure the facilities available in the college hostel.

 

All their science laboratories have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, modernizing and removing obsolescence from time to time.They meet the requirements of updated practicals designed to present-day demands. Students are trained in recent techniques keeping in view of the job requirements in industries and other sectors of todays World.

COMPUTER LABORATORIES:

A special mention has to be made of their Computer labs are having about 350 highly configurated qualitative systems.

LIBRARY:

The Library in Chaitanya Institute of Technology and Science,Chaitanya Degree College,Chaitanya Postgraduate College and Chaitanya College of Pharmacy Education & Research are air-conditioned,conducive, computerized informative and comprehensive. Many titles with more number of volumes, copies sufficient for students.The libraries subscribe to National,International journals, magazines and newspapers.There are audio/video cassettes and CDs on different subjects along with documentaries and films.
The libraries are manned by qualified,experienced and forward-looking Librarians.Top priority is given to the needs of students and faculty books they need are procured at the earliest by the Librarian.Freedom is given to faculty to pick-up needy books from book-stalls and produce bills for approval and accession to the library speeding up without any bottlenecks from the side of college management.

The libraries provide web-based information reference service with Wi-Fi and internet-based acquisition of information, from publications, electronic journals.Wi-Fi campus providing access to the richest databases from wide-ranging realms of libraries across the World.Every library is also equipped with suitable furniture and also has a qualified Librarian to cope up with the needs of the college and students.
For the students who wish to browse on the internet for any such information useful to the students upliftment academically.They provided them with Internet facility and we call it DIGITAL LIBRARY.The college also plans to make the library with OPAL facilities to enable the student for the fast access to the books, online.They make every effort to motivate the student to perceive the value of book reading by including the stacks all interesting, fiction, non-fiction and subject-oriented books.

 

 

As the college is located in the central locality of the town, transportation is never a problem.Many modes of private transportation facilities are absolutely within the reach of the

students including the fares which are very much affordable.
As our students are from many other towns and states and some International students are also available, we have been plying 4 buses stretching to 4 direction of the town. This transportation enables many, who wish to be part of Chaitanya Colleges.The charges we impose on the students are but normal and affordable.
We have separate buses for BTECH students.

 

The College has 10 Mbps Wireless Internet connectivity for effective communication and an 10 Mbps Wi-Fi network provided through LAN to all Departments and Hostels for sharing information.

Canteen and Stores:

Hygienically prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are offered in canteen on all working days. The canteen is run on self-help basis.
The college has a store for the students to get all stationary items. It functions in all working days.
