About Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technologies

Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology has been Providing B.Tech. engineering (Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and MBA courses to the youth of Himachal Pradesh and other states of India. Two new departments, Computer Applications (offering MCA degree) and Civil Engineering (offering B.Tech. degree) were added in the Institute in 2008. Over the years SEET achieved the status of a premier institute in imparting career oriented education in these fields.

Eligibility Criteria at Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technologies

Candidates must secure 55% in their Higher Secondary Examination in order to apply at the University
For postgraduate courses, the candidate must secure a minimum of 50% in their Higher Secondary Examination as well as the undergraduate course they have pursued prior to the course they wish to pursue presently
SC/ST students must secure 50% in their Higher Secondary Examination in order to apply at the University
The student must have studied the subject he/she wants to pursue in his/her graduation/postgraduation prior to admissions

Admission Procedure at Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technologies

Admission to professional courses in Baddi University are based on Merit Examination conducted by the University or by Central/ State government agencies. Each of these has a specified quota of intake. Seats left vacant in one quota may be filled by admissions in other quotas. Admissions to all other courses are based on the merit in the qualifying examination.
Pre-qualification examination criteria for the Under Graduate program is Class 12th from any of the recognized boards of India
Pre-qualification criteria for the Post Graduate program is graduation from any recognized university in Indi
The examination will be both online and offline. The student can choose any one of them. The medium of the exam will be English.
For the online exam, the time slot can be booked via the website once the candidate receives notification from the university that the slot booking facility is available. The center and time slot chosen by the candidate will be reflected in the admit card.
The program-wise merit lists will be put up within two weeks of the completion of the exam
on the university website.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY

Ah daily routine, I can say it was good. You have to be in your classroom sharp 9.00 am. Teachers were very supportive and helpful. But I must say the way they have taught us can be better. My overall experience was really really good. I have found most valuable friends there. It was my first time when I was in hostel and I enjoyed my hostel life a lot.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

College tech fest was just awesome. Great efforts are done by students as well as by teachers. They decorated it with best out of the waste material and I can say it was a great idea.

College starts at 9:00 am till 4:20 pm. Teaching quality is really good, teachers are very helpful and supportive. Overall experience in the college is very good.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

There are different societies like literary society, SAE society, idea factory society, dream team, etc. All festivals are celebrated on our campus. Life in college is good.

The teachers are very good. But exam procedure is quite good. Quality of teaching is good but not a very experienced staff. Overall experience is worst. Don't like the college.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

Crowd is not that much infact lowers day by day. No ciriculrar societies, no sports teachers nothing. Yearly festivals are there like fest, Science day, sports meet etc. College life is dull not that much interesting.
