Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technologies (BUEST) was founded in 2002 and gained university status in 2009. Located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, the university spans 40 acres and offers a wide array of academic programs. Admission Process

1. Application Process

• Candidates can apply through both online and offline modes. The university provides an online application portal for the convenience of applicants.
• To apply, students must fill out the application form and submit necessary documents like academic records, identification proofs, etc.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate Courses (B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.): Candidates should have completed their 12th grade from a recognized board with relevant subjects, meeting the minimum percentage required by the course.
• Postgraduate Courses (M.Tech, MBA, etc.): Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution, meeting the university’s minimum percentage requirement.

3. Entrance Exam

• Admission is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exams conducted by the university. These exams can be taken either online or offline, depending on the course and program applied.
• Specific entrance exams may be required for some courses, particularly engineering and management programs.

4. Merit List

• Based on the performance in the entrance exam and academic qualifications, the university prepares a merit list.
• Candidates are then selected for counseling and seat allocation based on this list.

5. Counseling and Document Verification

• After the merit list is declared, the selected candidates are called for counseling. During this stage, candidates must present the original documents for verification.

6. Final Admission

• Once the verification is completed and the candidate’s name appears in the merit list, the admission process is finalized, and the student is granted a seat in their desired course.

7. Fees

• After securing admission, candidates need to pay the prescribed course fees to confirm their enrollment.
