The placement and training cell functions under the supervision of a full time placement officer and operates all around the year to arrange campus interviews by the companies. It plays a very crucial role in counseling and guiding the students for their successful placement. Placement and training cell of our college functions with the main objective of shaping the engineering students to be readily deployable by industry like yours.

Objectives

The Primary Objective of the placement department is to help the interested job seekers of Aryabhata Institute of Technology & Science by providing the information regarding Professional and Traditional jobs of both Government and Private organizations, which is collected from various Print Media and Electronic Media.
Training and Placement Cell in the ARYABHATA plays a vital role and is becoming a key department of the institute. As there are large numbers of engineering colleges coming up in India, the competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one. A full pledged placement cell is functioning in our college with a full time placement officer.
Our Training and Placement Office is performing the following activities:
Training students to suit various needs of industry
Inviting various organizations for campus recruitment.

For placement a large number of prospective employers are contacted during the year and efforts are made to invite those companies to visit our college and to conduct campus recruitmens.The objective of the T&P Cell is to look for a 100% employment of all the students. A candidate selected for one job is further restricted to other recruitment. The Cell is assisted by student placement coordinators who lead a team of placement representatives from various courses of study. The Training & placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies’ officials.
In addition to campus placements the Placement Department organizes mock interviews, group discussions, case studies, etc. It also organizes the programs like:
"Personality development".

"Career planning".
"Programs on "Latest Technology " .
