VIDEO CONFERENCING FACILITY - The Appa Institute of Engineering and Technology is the only institute of Karnataka who has invested 50 lakhs for the installation of two way broad band video conferencing facility for an interactive digital class room.
N.C.C. AIR WING FACILITY - It is the first institution of Karnataka which provides air force training to the technical graduates so that they can become highly discipline and eligible to take up the challenging carrier life in Indian Airforce.
SATELLITE INTERACTIVE TERMINAL – The ISRO installed satellite interactive terminal through EDUSAT and this facility is only available in 30 engineering colleges in Karnataka. The institute is the one of the college which provides the facility to the students so that they can interact with their counterparts for resource sharing.
