Fees & Scholarships : The course fee for B.Tech program is INR 70,000 per annum. There is a board called IEDC which helps in providing funds for the projects done by the students. 20 out of 60 students get a scholarship from IEDC. There are also several scholorships provided by the tamilnadu state government to the students who got high marks in 12 th standard, SC scholorships etc; Loans to pay the fees are easily available form the Indian bank.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : My college comes under one of the afffliated colleges of Anna University. So to get a seat in my college you will have to attend the Anna university counselling which would be conducted every year in the month of August. There is no enterance exam for the Anna University counselling and you can apply to it with your 12 th standard mark. The cut off for my course varies for different Caste, so approximately i would say you would require a cut off mark of 160 and above.

Placements & Internships : I haven't done any internship in my college, but they will provide you with placement assiastance during the commencement of your final year. Major MNC's like Wipro, Infosys and Zoho visited our college but the amount of reqruitment is less. Many bpo's like Sutherland, Css corp, Mobius visited us and they would reqruit in bulk. There were no core company which visited our college.

Academics & Faculty : Regarding the class timings each class duration is for 45 mins. The faculty's really help you to the core in your final year project. There were totally 3 internal exam and 1 external exam.  According to me the quality of teahcing is average and the method of teaching would be too theoratical. In my view the college management is manily responsible for the reduction of college ranking year by year. The food and the hostel facilities are not up to the mark. They do not support the students who are good in sports.   

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are totally two hostels one for men and one for women and the hostel fee is resonable. As the college is located in the OMR, there are lot of PGs and rooms available for the students to stay. The food would be so worse, but they collect only a responable amount, say around 2000 per month. There is no wifi connection in the college campus and the classrooms and all the other amenities are better when compared to other colleges in chennai.

Clubs & Associations : There is a student rotary society which conducts different events and intercollege competitions. There were no main festivals in our college and you will have to participate only in other college fests. My college life in general was good.
