Infrastructure at Amrita University, Bangalore

  • Amrita University campus encloses the main building, a new building, a hostel right opposite the main gate, a couple of general stores and a beautiful green garden.
  • Comfortable single seater benches, decent classrooms, and well-equipped library with a truckload of latest edition books are the facilities offered by this university.
  • The campus is enabled with wi-fi connectivity and huge parking space for both staff and students. Labs are air-conditioned and equipped with modern-day technology.

Hostel:

  • Amrita provides hostel facility for both boys and girls.
  • The 10 story hostel building charges Rs. 75,000 per annum including mess food while the other charges Rs. 50,000 per year.
  • Mess food is prepared in fresh and hygienic methods, served to students all day and night.
  • Four students share a room/flat which has two bunk beds, study tables, and two cupboards. There are two common washrooms on every floor.

Library:

  • The Library of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Bangalore Campus established in the year 2002, serves as knowledge hub containing resources not only in the form of print but also in e-resources.
  • In any academic institution, Library plays an important role in the dissemination of knowledge. In fact, the ambience of the library reflects the quality of the education imparted by the University.
  • Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Bangalore Campus has recognized the importance of the academic vibrations required in the library and has been growing in this direction, right from its very inception.

In total, there are 6 hostels, two for women and four for boys, and all of them are pretty good if you are not too critical about the taste of food and about the rooms.

PGs are not bad, but if you want to be comfortable with the distance, then, it is better to keep your PGs near to the college.

There Is Only One Block For Seniors And Other 3 Separate Blocks For Juniors The Hostel fee Per Year Is Rs. 80,000. The PGs Are Good Outside. The Campus and their Cost Is Rs. 6,000 per month With Homely Food. The Food Was So Worst In The College there Is No Non-Veg In Mess and The Fees Is Rs. 46,000. The Quality Of Classrooms Is Not So Good, Labs Are Good With Some Worst Machines, Wifi Is Ok, Dining halls Are Not so Good

=>Two hostels present [one is boys and other is girls hostel]. =>Total hostel fee is 1,10,000 including mess fee. =>PG's cost 50,000 per year. =>Food is good. =>Wi-Fi is present and it is free of cost, total infrastructure is excellent.
