Established in 1952, ACCET is located in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. It is a government institution recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ grade and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
ACCET is affiliated with Anna University. It has obtained the 151st rank in the NIRF ranking 2023 among Overall Indian Universities, demonstrating its excellence in the education field.
