LIC ADO Exam 2021
LIC (Life Insurance Corporation) is the largest insurance company in India and every year they recruit thousands of candidates to work for different posts in their organization. For each post that they have, they conduct an exam for the same. They recruit candidates for a post called LIC ADO (Apprentice Development Officer) where the job role is to offer recruitment to people as insurance agents and supervise their jobs. The recruitment process has 3 stages

- Circular arrangement (8 persons facing the centre) – 5 Questions
- Coding and Decoding by substitution – 4 Questions
- Comparison Based – 3 Questions
- Floor Based Puzzle (8 floors) – 5 Questions
- Inequalities – 3 Questions
- Numeric Series (Five Three-digit numbers) – 5 Questions
