LIC ADO stands for Life Insurance Corporation Apprentice Development Officer. LIC India or Life Insurance Corporation of India is a public sector insurance and investment company owned by India's Government. It was established on September 1, 1956, under the Life Insurance India Act, by merging over 245 insurance companies and provident societies to nationalize India's insurance industry and provide insurance to every citizen of India. LIC India is an autonomous body which conducts various exams every year to recruit employees. LIC India conducts the LIC ADO exam every year to recruit Apprentice Development Officers for LIC. LIC Apprentice Development Officer is a post in the Administration of Sales department. - The Personal Interview
Candidates who have succesfully passed the LIC ADO mains exam will be called for the personal interview round. The interview will comprise a total of 37 marks and will consist of aptitude based questions.
