CBSE Class 10 Science Deleted Syllabus 2024-25: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has updated the CBSE 10th science syllabus. The CBSE has been constantly revising the CBSE syllabus for various classes to enhance the holistic development of students. The deleted portions in the updated CBSE class 10 science deleted syllabus 2025 are periodic classification, sources of energy, management of natural resources, and more. The Board has removed portions from six chapters in the deleted syllabus of class 10 CBSE 2024-25 science. A total of 30% of the previous syllabus has been removed.

Several chapters have been removed from the syllabus, while sub-topics have been removed from a few parts of the CBSE Class 10 Science deleted syllabus 2024-25.

- Demonstrate Knowledge and Understanding - The syllabus is built for students to state, name, list, identify, define, and outline topics. They need to be able to summarise all they have learned, as there is a critical 46% weightage.
- Application of Knowledge and Concepts - With the study of the syllabus, students must be capable of calculating and distinguishing the subjects taught, as it holds 22% weight.
- Formulate, Analyse, Evaluate, and Create - Further, through the new CBSE class 10 science syllabus 2024-25, students must be able to examine and discuss their learnings in real-time.
Therefore, practical exams are equally important for students, as 32% of the weight is given to this qualification.
