COMEDK UGET admit card 2024 has been released on May 7, 2024.
COMEDK UGET counselling registration dates will be announced online in May 2024. Only COMEDK-qualified individuals are eligible to participate in the UGET counselling process. COMEDK UGET 2024 counselling procedure includes registration, choice selection, seat allocation, acceptance of the seat, and reporting to the allotted university.
COMEDK will provide UGET 2024 counselling online via the official website comedk.org. COMEDK UGET counselling registration dates will be announced online. Only COMEDK-qualified individuals are eligible to participate in the UGET counselling process. Steps to Register for COMEDK UGET 2024 Counselling
Candidates can follow the following steps to have a hassle-free process COMEDK counselling registration.
Step 1: Registration and Payment of Fee for COMEDK UGET Counselling 2024
- Visit the official COMEDK UGET 2024 website.
- Click on the 'Counselling' link and log in by using COMEDK UGET 2024 application number/registration number and password
- Candidates must check all the details and pay INR 5,000 as part of the tuition fees to take part in COMEDK UGET counselling 2024 process
- On initiating the payment the site will redirect to the payment portal
- Check the fee policy mentioned in the brochure and proceed further
- As and when the COMEDK counselling fees 2024 are paid re-login and click on the 'Counseling Process' tab.
Step 2: Choice Filling and Entry of Options
- Candidates will have to fill in and lock their choices of colleges and programs in order of priority. Be careful while filling in the choices as the information you provide here will be considered for seat allotment
- Once the preferences are saved and the process is completed, candidates are advised to take a printout of their opted preferences and verify the same again
- During option entry for Round 1, the candidates can modify their choice of college/program any number of times. There is no limit on the maximum number of choices that can be entered
- During option entry for Round 2, only saved or locked choices will be considered. No changes can be made to preferences selected during the option entry period of Round 2
- Only those who complete 'Option Entry' during a round of COMEDK UGET counselling 2024 will be considered for seat allotment
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
- Upload all mandatory documents for verification. Candidates must ensure uploading legible scanned copies of documents. Do not take photos of the documents on mobile for uploading
Step 4: Submit the Documents
- Only candidates whose document verification is completed will be eligible for further process

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to check their round seat allotment result.
- Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of COMEDK.
- Step 2: Click on the 'Candidates login' tab on the homepage.
- Step 3: Candidates must now enter the required credentials and log in.
- Step 4: On the log-in page, click on the 'Decision Making' tab.
- Step 5: The seat allotment result for round 1 will be displayed on the screen.
- Step 6: Candidates can download the seat allotment result and save it for future reference.
Documents Required for COMEDK UGET Counselling 2024
The candidates whose documents are uploaded successfully and verified will only be eligible to appear in COMEDK UGET counselling 2024 round at COMEDK Counselling center. Candidates appearing for COMEDK UGET 2024 exam must carry a set of attested copies along with other documents required for COMEDK Counselling 2024 mentioned below.
- Score Card- COMEDK 2024 Rank Card
- COMEDK TAT with the signature of the Invigilator
- Parents /Guardian’s Original ID proof
- DOB Proof-Proof of Date of Birth (10th or equivalent class certificate)
- Admit Card-COMEDK UGET 2024 Admit Card (TAT)
- HSC Marksheet- 2nd PUC or 12th exam Mark sheet
- Photograph- One photo ID proof like a passport, driving license, Aadhar card, voter ID, School/College Photo Identity card, etc.
- Caste Certificate-Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Religious certificate-Religious/ Mother Tounge Certificate

Who Can Attend COMEDK UGET Counselling 2024
- Candidates who have taken COMEDK UGET test and passed it
- Candidates who have completed class 12th/equivalent with 45 per cent (40 per cent for SC, ST, and OBS of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, as well as Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Supplementary candidates, are eligible to participate in rounds 2 and 3 of the counselling process.
Steps to Cancel COMEDK UGET 2024 Allocated Seats
If you want to surrender or cancel the seat assigned to you, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Check COMEDK UGET website for surrender dates.
- Step 2: Log in to the application form and select "Surrender Tab" from the drop-down menu.
- Step 3: Fill out the surrender form online and print it out.
Option 1: If you want to attend round 2 to look for a different college or course, kindly bring a DD for Rs 5000/- with you (check the document list for more details) and a copy of the surrender form
Option 2: If you do not want to attend round 2/do not want to select a seat for round 2, please go to option 1.
Note: If a candidate does not choose a seat in round 2, the following documents must be forwarded to COMEDK's Malleswaram Office by fast mail.
- Original allotment letter, original verification card, fee payment receipt from Vijaya Bank for Rs 55000/- surrender form printout
- All surrender cases that meet the above parameters will receive a refund by Aug.
COMEDK UGET Seat Allotment 2024 Process
COMEDK 2024 seat allotment is done by the conducting body of the exams. The process of COMEDK 2024 seat allotment will begin after the first round of COMEDK UGET counselling 2024. COMEDK UGET seat allotment will be held separately for all the categories (General Merit, HKR/Tulu Minority/Karnataka Christian Minority, and Non-Karnataka Christian Minority). Candidates have to pay COMEDK counselling fees for registrations. The seat allotment process for each of the categories has been listed below.
General Merit Candidates and HKR/Tulu Minority/Karnataka Christian Minority
The first round of seat allotment is only for candidates of the general merit quota. The allotment of seats will be done only if the seats remain vacant after the seat allotment to Christian, Tulu, and HKR minority categories. For the seat allotment, the order of preference that is followed is -General Merit > HKR (Hyderabad- Karnataka Region) > Christian-Karnataka>Tulu.

No seats are available for Non- Karnataka Christian Minority in the first round of seat allotment. Only vacant seats in the Karnataka-Christian category will be made available to non-Karnataka-Christian based on their merit rank and choice preference.
