Jyothy Institute of Technology is located in Banglore was established in the year 2011. It was established by Dr. B.N.V Subrahmanya who was a Karnataka Rajyothsava Awardee. JIT Mechanical Engineering:

The Mechanical Engineering Department of Jyothy Institute of Technology Tataguni Kanakapura Road is functioning since the establishment of the college. It has an intake of 60 students every year. The department has well-qualified, highly dedicated, and competent faculty members. Most faculties of the institute are from reputed institutions with industry and research background which contributes to the implementation of education that is industry oriented. The laboratories of the department are as per the norms of the University. Investments of over 1 crore are being spent on the establishment of high profile laboratories. JIT Basic Science:

The Department of Basic Science was started since the establishment of the institute. The department offers instructions in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to all the students of engineering. Information Science and Engineering Tataguni has an intake of 60 students. The department educated its students from basic to the specialized subjects of computing.
