The internship started during the final year in the core electrical company with a stipend of Rs. 12000 per month. After the completion of the 3-month internship, I achieved Rs. 25000 per month and after 1 year of experience I got Rs. 35000 per month salary. I was selected for a core electrical company where I have done electrical technical work. Most companies in the campus interview were electrical product manufacturing, power plant jobs, solar work, and maintenance work. The companies were Adani, Nirma, Tata, Welspun, Suzlon, Goldi, Silver pumps, Jyoti CNC, Hitech Transpower, Ambit, etc. The average salary during training was 1.8 Lac CTC and after training 2.5 to 3 Lac CTC. Alumni network of Darshan Institute if very strong and all alumni help in job placement also.

1 hostel was there for boys only. The hostel facility was also excellent. The hostel is just within walking distance from the college. A total of 3 canteens were in college. Very good food quality at moderate rates. Classrooms were with Projector, Air conditioner, wifi, and internet facility. Wifi is available in the whole campus.

Labs have the latest technology industrial grade instruments, as the electrical department runs an industrial consultancy. Students benefited from this consultancy work in their projects and placements also. College provides technical supports to alumni also.

Admission was based on PCM criteria. Admission was done through ACPC Gujarat. Admission was based on the PCM percentile and the GUJCET percentile.

Admission was based on 60 percentile of PCM and 40 percentile of GUJCET for admission criteria. To take admission in Darshan Institute was very competitive. You may get a chance to admit to Darshan Institute if you are lucky. 

College timings were 7:45 AM to 1:50 PM. Excellent quality and method of teaching. Excellent experience in college.

Faculty also provide free of cost lectures for preparations of GATE, government, and other jobs.

Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology, Rajkot Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 36,500 per semester.

The college provides a scholarship of 50% who have a minimum 80 percentile in 12th. College also provides scholarships based on performance to all students each semester. Average 50% of students get scholarships.

There were various clubs for student's overall development like Science club, Astronomy club, Music club, Sports club, Cultural club, Literature club, Cultural club, etc. Frolic as a technical fest, Udaan as cultural fest, and Spirit as sports fest. Excellent life in college. We miss our college days. Miss Darshan college.
