The University gives various facilities such as a central library, computer center, canteen, game sports and art & music. The University additionally gives individual seminar room for each department, 24 hours internet facility, and self motivation classes. The university likewise has a football ground, badminton court and communities for facilitating indoor games.

Asansol Engineering College is one of the best engineering college in West Bengal. College infrastructure and lab facilities are also good. Here teachers are very helpful to assist you.

Class starts from 9:30 a.m and ends at 4:30 p.m or 5 p.m. Teachers are very helpful. They provides assignments and daily works. And some time they arranges surprise tests.

College Festivals is organised every March or April. The Technical fest is known as and the cultural fest is known as Leganzza. Last two years we have two bands invited,Underground Authority and Spunk Band respectively. The fest celebration is really big and lots of sponsors come for this.
