Because my course was non vocational, therefore there is no internship for this.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

Only boys hostel is there for students. The canteen is so good especially the HNC canteen and its chicken sandwich. Gym, girls common room, libraries, everything is well maintained. The cost of canteen is average.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Entrance test is conducted which is related to the honours paper for which the student opts for. It is conducted in the college premises itself during summer vacation. The top 60 rankers get the chance to get admission.

Academics and Faculty

10:00 am to 3:00 generally and everyone has to be punctual to attend the classes. The professors are very good and punctual. They take full responsibility to complete their syllabus.

The course fee is INR 17000 per year. There is the facility of instalment for the needed students.

The fest is the main festival which is of three days every February. Students get many chances to explore themselves.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for getting admission into the B.Sc Zoology (Hons.) in St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, is finishing your intermediate with PCB stream. There is an entrance exam which comprises of Biology questions. For admission confirmation, students require all of your +2 documents, i.e., 11th Registration slip, 12th admit card, result sheet, admission fee payment receipt, and other certificates for proof of residence. Typical cutoffs for this course is 80-85% marks in biology or PCB subjects.
