Placements and Internships

5

At present I am in 2nd year (2-1 semester) I didn't complete any internship as I am not informed yet. I don't have much idea about companies that hire, I will get to know it in next year. The average salary which I know about my seniors and known from faculty of our college is that they were hired for a good job starting from 300,000 per year.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

5

There is no hostel facility available in college, the students from other districts should stay in private hostels. Our canteen food is very good, tasty and healthy. Classrooms, Labs, Library, are good by their infrastructure.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

After completing my intermediate in 2018, I applied for TS EAMCET (entrance exam for Btech). I scored good marks and I got a seat in Nawab Shah Alarm Khan college (hyd) from counselling in mechanical branch.

Academics and Faculty

5

College starts from 9:40 PM to 4 AM. We have lunch in between at 12:50 AM to 1:30 AM. Each class is of 60 minutes. We have good skills in projects which are given by faculty by which we learn more about our subject. My overall experience in my college is very good, I am completely satisfied with my college.

Fees and Scholarships

5

My course fee is 86,000 per year. The students who are from management need to pay the complete fee and whereas the one who wrote EAMCET and got a seat are provided scholarship from the government. There are very few who get scholarship and many of them are from management Quota.

Clubs and Associations

4.5

We have a sport's club, Photography club, and many more. Everyone can take part in it.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : There are two modes of getting admission in my college 1. Qualify AP EAMCET entrance test 2. Management quota. EAMCET is an entrance test conducted by the state government for admission into the professional course in which government will reimburse the fees. If you did not write entrance test then u have to go through management quota in which u will be charged heavy donations like INR 2-3 lakhs. I qualified EAMCET and my rank was 140355 in 2013 the college cutoff for mechanical was around 150000 so I got admission easily.
