Placements and Internships
- Our college gives many internships and final job offers. During my 5th and 6th semester, i had got internship opportunities from our college and I had gone for the one-week internship at robot genesis Bangalore.
- During the final year we have our campus placements and about three major service companies and offer the average of $6000 per annum package.Major companies are Accenture, Infosys, cognizant and Wipro.Other companies are google, amazon and waistline shippings which offer the average package of $15000.
- Since our college was started on 2001 there have been about 7000 alumni and many of them are hold a key position in major companies in India and abroad.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Our college has three main building and each having two departments respectively which stretches to 6 acres.Our college has the well-equipped classroom with projectors and the labs are well equipped with modern technology like up to date software and hardware.We have about 6 wifi hotspot and all of it can be accessed by students at any time.
- There are 2 reading spots one is the library and another is the separate reading area both of it is computerized and student can access the internet anytime.About 5 college commute around the city to pick the student and drop them.
Academics and Faculty
- My College has a detailed academic schedule with regards to classes with 30 hours per week of the theory that is 5 hours per subject(total theory subjects is 6).And a total of 6 hours per week for 2 practical labs.We have three internal tests and one final external exam conducted by the visvesvaraya technological university for every 8 semesters.
- My college gives me a number chance for me to do my projects, one such is the IPL(Innovative project lab) competition held 4 months gives me the opportunity to do a project and compete with others.
- My teachers are very good at teaching and make us understand the concepts very easily.If further if we have any doubt we can approach them outside class easily and get our doubts clarified.
Fees and Scholarships
- College fee varies with each student due to his or her admission criteria.Scholarship for the students whose parental income is below $2000 per annum then the visvesvaraya technological university provides them with $300 for every 8 semesters.About 10 to 15% of students get the scholarships.
Clubs and Associations
- There are about 6 clubs in our college which are active all year long.I am the member of robotics and sports club.Robotics club organizes workshops and competition in college.Sports club organizes sports event like volleyball, cricket, football, tennis, basketball, badminton and other indoor game every year.There is volleyball, basketball, tennis and badminton courts and indoor sports recreation center along with a college gym.
- Other clubs in colleges are nature club, photography club, coding club and Dance & cultural club at B N M Institute of Technology.

It has a great homely vibe to it and is one of the top 10 Engineering Colleges in Bangalore. Admissions are done through KCET or COMED-K.
