Placements and Internships
I have done the internship but it was not the stipend one. And for the salary digits, it's basic as for the freshers.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Classrooms are excellent. Infrastructure is amazing. About hostels there are two as per I know one for girls backside of college and other one for boys. The canteen area is good plus the food available is of great taste and hygiene is maintained. Cost is reasonable.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The cut off is pretty good for students who score in the entrance exam which are at national level. I had given JEEE exam which was valid then, now it is CET exam. Pillai College of Engineering has a nice atmosphere where you can study and also have fun in the activities which are held.
Academics and Faculty
Method of teaching differs teacher to teacher but all the staff is effort taking and helping you wherever you need. We also have project-based learning in which you need to make working models depending upon semester subjects.
Fees and Scholarships
Fee differs according to your category like open, OBC, SC, ST. If you belong to any category you get scholarships from the government.
Clubs and Associations
College life in PCE is amazing. Cultural festivals like Navratri is celebrated we have Garba night then Onam has its celebration. We have a big fest called ALEGRIA which has each section covered for sports technical management cultural activities it lasts for approximate 5 days.
