For the placements, we have Aspire - the placement cell. Very hard-working and enthusiastic group of students. Many students are placed every year from all courses. Many internships also come through the placement cell.
No, there is no hostel facility provided. Many students live in PGs near the college, that costs them around INR 5k a month including food. The canteen of the college is clean and hygienic, provides good food too.
College of vocational studies is in Sheikh Sarai, near Saket. The eligibility criteria are same as for other colleges of DU. It has some additional vocational courses too. The cutoff is going down till 85 only. The crowd is very good. Very good college in the matter of cultural and academic societies.
The classes are regular in the college. Usually from 8:3O am to 4:30 pm. The teaching staff is very helpful and best in their business. A good place to focus on the next steps of your life.
The course fee is minimal not more than INR 10k. Only computer science and BBA fee is between INR 25-30k.
There are more than 20 societies in colleges, including cultural societies and academic. Dance, drama, music, art, debate sums up the cultural wing and enacts, entrepreneurial society, marketing society, human resource development society, tech society, economic, tourism etc sums up the academic societies. The main fest is tatva organized in the month of Feb. Other than that all over the year the societies organize something or the other adding thrill to the college life.
