school infrastructure is great ... we have 23 buildings and a play ground, digital classes, and 60 computer labs/.... so it is fine enough...

we have great Facultys From IITs and NITs, also from surrounded industrys .... more than 200 professors and 300 assistant...
Fees and Scholarships
poor scholarship and financing, all this are done by the university... no responsibility of college... But now a days it is taking care....

Placements & Internships : I m a 3rd-year graduate at Dr B C Roy Engineering College, [BCREC] Durgapur. I haven't done any internship from the college. And the college hasn't the special premise for doing an internship. From internship view, the college is not good. Talking about placement, there is a good placement in the non-core department ( Computer Science, E.C.E, IT) but core departments (Civil,Mechanical,Electrical) are in minorities. The companies such as TCS, BOSCH, Tech Mahindra, IGate, Atos, Wipro, Axis Bank, Federal Bank etc. often come for placement in the college. The average salary figure is about Rs 2.5 lakhs to 4.5 lakhs annually. You can also view the placement record of the college on the website.
