Vikram Vipul's Review on Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education (Kalasalingam University)

During my times ,some good companies visited the campus ( TCS,HCl ,etc) mostly software companies .Other small ,low paying jobs were being offered .As per my knowledge ,no student ever  bagged a package  more than 4-5 lacs per annum .Talking abourt internships  ,this is  seen there just a filller activity ,no value addition at all .This is not encouraged and not seen as an achievement even you happen to be an intern in any good comapny .

The loaction is just awesome .Nice place ,friendly people ,and of course very good infra be it hostels ,classrooms ,campus,Playgrounds,auditorium,seminbar hall etc ..everytghing is well managed and well taken care of .Connectivity ,smooth transport  anytime anywhere is a trademark .

During my stint ( 2010-14) for the first two years ,there were scholarships but later scrapped .Yet this parameter is not so developed and not  well taken care of even being in an financially lagging rural area.Though some students have managed to get patents based financing and funding .

Oh ..yeahh it varies as per the trends ,i mean what your seniors left for u ....not a culture or a tradition as a continuous and enthusiatically taken up activity .Less no. of clubs ..( my time nature club was the one ) and socail life is alive only through personal iteractioons and ins sports field .During my time ,the management discouraged boys- girls interactions ,not like we do in north india .That was a big negative and strict ,some nonsense rules spoiled everything .But now things have changed for good .I guess the mangement are learning it the hard way ,bearing with the less no . of admissions of north indian students for the two consecutive years .
