Lakhi Rt's Review on B.I.T. Sindri, Dhanbad

Placement scenerio of this college is improving every year. Lots of IT sector company and various company like tata steel ,haldia petrochemicals etc comes for recruiting students.Average package is around 4-5 lakhs and highest package may reach upto 12-13 lakhs.College fees is even less(less than 1 lakh rupees).So the college is a good choice because we invest less and get much in return.Almost 500-600 out of 754 students gets placed.

College is spread over 400 acre.There are 23 boys hostel and 7 girls hostel.infrastucture is very good and have been renovated last year.Hostels are perfect and fully tiled.Seperate mess system is provided for every hostel.hostel fees is 2800/YR (electricity +hostel fees).mess fees is aroud 3000/month.Class rooms are also fully tiled.There is separate building for each department.Central library is also provided.

Bit sindri is no.1 institute in state Jharkhand.State board conducts JCECE(jharkhand combined entrance competitive exam) through which candidate can qualify and opt for various branch in this college. Cutoff of general and reserved categories varies each year.

Classes starts from 8:00am.Teaching faculties are very good. professors are great and atleast 75%of attendance is must in this college.every year industrial tour are provided by college.

College fees is almost 21000/yr. Scholarship are provided for reserved category student by Jharkhand government.Topper of every semester are provided scholarship by institute.i think its a good engineering college for poors.low fees high return.

There are total 10 clubs like leo club,photographic ,eco club,rotract club,Grs club etc . Main festivals in campus are Karma fest,fresher of the year,bitaansh etc. Life in the college is fantastic.Bit sindri is like a kingdom.
