For cs and IT branch placement is very good, Companies like Infosys, TCS, l&T,Capgemini,webeg..are come for recruitment INR 2.5 lakh avg package... Avg 80% student placed who are appeard for placement

Infrastructure of psit kanpur is soooo good There are almost 4-5 hostels for boys and same no for girls Placement training building is different from administration office Good canteen -every type of fast food available there,healthy food also there, very good mess facilities Every classroom having camera Air-conditioning plant is also there so whole campus is ac centraled U love to be in psit hostel rather then going outside. There is very less pg outside available Wifi is provided only for hostel students Green campus Library :every engineering related books are there,some other books for general knowledge and for general interest also there

You have to clear UPSEE entrance exam which is organized by aktu University lucknow

Class timing 9:10 to 4:50 Per lecture is of 50 min duration 3 class test,4 assignment and one pre University test taken by college and one external examination taken by University Teachers are well qualified many of them completeled there masters in engg. All teachers are very helpful provides brief description of every subject and relates them with industrial use

 INR 1.18 lakh per annum Scholarship provided by Aktu University and one can get relaxation from college if he/she unable to pay the fee 60-70% students get scholarship

There are lots of college club available such as Prayas:eco club, works for betterment of environment. Many events organised by Playas in city so that people aware about cleaning and work for environmental issues Dreamers:creativity club Utthan:club for people and society to help them and provide them education and collect money for them Gate club for preparation of gate Dazzler dancing club Singing club also there Main festival in college is ignitia( a techno cultural fest) College is very strict in terms of rules and regulations U can not bunk classes Canteen timing is also limited Sometime it becomes jail
