I'd say the placements here are a little above average. I didn't see any globally recognized company yet that came for placements this year but some good national companies do come all the time.
There are no eligibility criteria to take admission except that you must clear Class 12 exams. The college conducts an entrance test to give scholarships but even if you fail you can get up to 50% scholarship based on your 12th board results.
The fee per year is around INR.220000 lakhs (50% scholarship) including the hostel fee. Staying in the hostel is mandatory. You can't stay outside, at least not for the first year. The scholarships will be given to all the students. Even students having 50% in Class 12 will get around 75% scholarship. Students can opt for loans and almost all banks provide loans to students from this college.
The college doesn't do many extracurricular activities. There's no such thing as clubs, student societies, and associations on campus. The 2017-2021 batch didn't even get a Freshmen party or at least a tour to show them around the college. They do conduct a few cultural and festive events but they're just not any good. The best thing is that the campus is totally ragging free. You'll see friendly faces all around. I didn't witness even a single ragging incident yet.
