Academically Poornima college is good in terms of quality and method of teaching is very good. My overall experience was very good at this college. I was captain of the volleyball team at the university level.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for b.tech was minimum 55% in the 12th board examination according to the 'RAJASTHAN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY'. At my time there was an examination known as RPET for engineering admissions in Rajasthan's government and private colleges. But now the selection process is according to the 12th board℅ and JEE-MAIN score of a candidate. The cutoff for B.tech in mechanical engineering on Rajasthan's Best colleges are the same as JEE-MAIN cutoff issued by CBSE.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria are generally decided by RPET exam. I gave the RPET entrance examination for admission. I think 60 marks is the typical cutoff to get into Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur.
