Placements and Internships
Mass recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant etc. and core companies like uSigma, NICE etc also visit. Average salary is in range of 3.5 to 4 lpa. Alumini network is not that good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
About 10 hostels for girls and 7-8 hostels for boys, as there are many colleges in same campus. Nice hostels with decent fee of about 60k including mess charges. Many PGs and rental flats are available near campus. Ranging from 8k to 16k. Many canteens are there in campus, and one can have nice meal in 60Rs. Good classrooms and decent labs. A seven floor Central Library and average wifi connectivity in campus and in hostels.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Admission is done through CAP round of DTE Maharashtra and seats in management quota are also there. For All India candidate JEE MAIN and for Maharashtra candidates MH-CET. For general 7000 ranks in MHT CET.
Academics and Faculty
Normally there are no delays in examination and proper classes take place. Quality of education is average. A good experience due to a nice campus with many colleges.
Fees and Scholarships
For open category about 1lakh per annum. Govt scholarship is provided. It depends on student. Loan is not necessary. If required then it can be taken from on campus branch of Central Bank and Bank of Baroda.
Clubs and Associations
A lot many number of societies and clubs are there like student council, baja club, ieee etc. Main functions are Sinhgad Carnival, Sinhgad Karandak is cultural fest and techtonic is technical feet.A good college with small activities happening all the time.
