• G. B. Pant Engineering College, New Delhi is one of the best government engineering college in delhi, After IIT and DTU
• It is the only government college in delhi which offers B.TECH degree in mechanical engineering.
• It was established in 2007 by government of delhi, the college is in its developing stage.
• It offers B.TECH incomputer science engineering, electronic and communication engineering, and mechanical and automationengineering. there is an intake of 60 students every year.
• Students get admission on the basis of rank they get in entrance exam conducted by GGSIPU.
• Being a government and a very good college of IPU students only with good rank are able to get admissions in the college.
• The faculty is very supportive and helpful and they motivate the students.

• G. B. Pant Engineering College  has no direct relationship with any foreign university but the  students are free to individually  to participate in various international events, seminars and competetions.

• The university offers scholorship for economically weak students under the EWS scheme. Under this scheme the students who receive schlorship get a 100% waiver . Apart from this the students from backward classes get schlorship under different schemes of central and state government.

G. B. Pant Engineering College has a good placement records of more then 70%. Various MNC recruits the students with various profiles. These companies include Maruti suzuki, godrej, honda, yamaha, tata AIG , infosys, TCS , HCL etc-

• G. B. Pant Engineering College   has very good labs for mechanical engineering , computer and electronics engineering.
• There is a basketball court and two badminton courts. .
• There is also seperate sports room in which students play TT. chess, carroms and other indoor games. 
•   The college is close to the bus stop and  the delhi metro
•   parking area is available for students with private vehicles.

• Hostels are not available in the college campus. students can  stay at a PG or appartments that are easily avaible near the college at a  fair price.
• The college has its own canteen which offers fast food as well as Indian food.

G. B. Pant Engineering College focuses on overall developement of its students. It has various clubs and societies which gives the students oppurtunity to nurture their talent and skil.

1. Leader Tech club- The aim of starting  this club is to impart leadership quality among students and to make them aware of latest technologies . It coducts group discussion and presentations  on weekly basis.

2. SAE Colligative Club-This club is basically for mechanical and automation engineering students. They coduct various seminars and participate in various competetions organised by SAE India like BAJAJ and Supra

3. IEEE Club-the club is basically for E.C.E studets

4. Quizeria Club-It organises quiz competetion on various topics

5. Music Club- This club is for students  who are passionate about music and playing instruments

The college atmosphere is vibrant and really awesome, everyone is involved in something or the other and the college inculcates a habit of participation in all the events that takes place in the campus.
