Placements and Internships
I completed my internship in SECL and HCL. Mining Industry, Cement Industry, Oil and Gas, Machinery company come to the campus for placements. The average salary is INR 3 lakhs per year. Highest salary is INR 6 lakhs per year and placement percentage is about 30%.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
No hostel facility PG is easily available outside and INR 5000 per month is enough. In college canteen fast food is available and it's a similar price as compared to market but good in quality. Classrooms are very good. Labs and library facility is also good but dining hall and WI-FI is not open for students.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Minimum higher secondary school pass with 60% by any authorized board. The candidates have to qualify university entrance test. I took JEE MAIN to admission in engineering. The cut-off for admission is minimum 60% in higher secondary.
Academics and Faculty
The daily routine is very well planned to start classes at 9:15 AM and all other academic procedure done on time. Teaching quality and method are good. The overall experience is very good on this college.
Fees and Scholarships
My course fee is INR 80000 per year. Government scholarship on basis of reservation and scholarship on academic performance are available. About 100 students get a scholarship from the university in academics. Loans are not needed.
Clubs and Associations
No societies are here in my university. Spandan is the main festival of AKS university. Life in college is good but students have to follow many rules.
