• Placement Assistance is given until you get placed.
• Internship offers can be sought with college's assistance.
• The Management must support the Placement Office in its operations and decisions.
• BFSI Sector is the major hiring sector. MFIs, some key fund houses like HDFC AMC and Shrijan Capital, and some banks like Axis do visit the campus for selection.
• Average Salary is at around 2.5 LPA. The highest being around 8LPA and the lowest being 1.8 LPA. Median of Salary offers being 3LPA is quite good for young dedicated professionals and freshers, who constitute the majority of the candidates enrolled.
• Needs a strong support for the Alumni Networks, which will come handy for securing internship offers and other recruitment related activities.

• College Infrastructure is its greatest USP.
• The college is located a bit away from the outskirts of Jabalpur, in a suburban locality named Tilhari.
• Hostel Facilities are simply awesome.
• Its lush greenery provides a much needed respite from all the humdrums of a busy schedule.
• College has a well equipped gym and other indoor game facilities.

• PGDM needs a thorough review and benchmarking is strongly suggested. However, PGDM-RM is very much up to the task.
• Methodology of teaching/lectures is largely satisfying; especially of specific subjects in Marketing Management and a few important topics from General Management principles.
• Discipline is one of the cornerstones of the college.
• The management and administration are single handedly up for the tasks.

All in all, XIMJ is the youngest of all the Xavier Institutes across the country and establishing a name amongst its peers requires some time.

• Fees do range in the bracket of 5 lakhs to the fully blown 6.20 lakhs, depending upon the financing/admission/scholarship/sponsorship help received.
• College is open to lend financial assistance in terms of counselling/advices/options to its students.
• Education Loans can be secured from any Nationalised Banks or from any such Financial Institutions. There is no such specific criterion as such.

• XIMPassion is organized round the calender.
• College Magazine related activities are also carried out.
• Xaviers Premier League is also organized; with Cricket, Volleyball and Badminton taking the centre stage.
