Placements and Internships
I haven’t done any internship yet. Companies like Cetex, spic, Manali etc hire our students with an average salary of 4 lakh rupees per annum. Around 75% of the students get placed. The alumni network is good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
I don't know much about the hostel and PG. The food is good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Combined score of jee mains and board mark. They don't conduct entrance on their own.
Academics and Faculty
The class timing is from 8.45 am to 5.15 pm. 3 monthly tests will be conducted. We have well-experienced faculties.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee is INR 1,10,000 per annum. The government scholarship, Dean Merritt listening scholarship is available for students. Around 400 students avail it. The loan can be availed by City Union Bank.
Clubs and Associations
Kuruksastra, Daksh, Carpe etc are celebrated. Campus life was awesome.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admissions will be based only on merit. There will be two streams for admissions. Stream 1 is the All India rank and stream 2 is the Trichy and Thanjavur rank. Stream 2 is the easiest one than stream 2. You will come under stream 2 if you finish both of your 10th and 12th standard in either Trichy or Thanjavur district. The most demanded courses are CSE, ECE, and Mechanical.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : There's no such thing as eligibility criteria ,they take 75% of the board marks(doesn't matter which board and they don't consider the cut-offs) and 25% of your JEE examination. With this they provide a ranklist based on their entries.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria to enter SASTRA is to have good marks in your higher secondary and a good total in your JEE MAIN. Coming to admission procedure, SASTRA purely believes in transparency!! According to their slogan, THINK MERIT, THINK SASTRA!, they follow a good administration in admitting students in their institution.The only way to enter SASTRA without good merit is to enter via NRI quota.No other ways are possible to enter SASTRA. It doesn't even follow reservation system. No need for any entrance exams to enter SASTRA, but attempting to JEE MAIN will help you a lot in your admission.
