Placements and Internships
Our college has an extraordinary placement team so that it will help you to get your dream placement. Every time, it releases a different kind of internship and projects which may be unpaid or stipend based to enhance the students' skills. Many IT and manufacturing companies come for hiring the students. The average salary is INR 3 lakhs per annum. Alumni are the very good source for creating the bridge between companies and the placement cell.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are 2 hostels available; one is for the boys and another one is for girls. The labs are good with proper equipment. WiFi availability is just nice.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
No entrance exam is required for the admission. For B.Sc in Life Science, the students have to pass 10th and 12th with a minimum of 90% marks. Last year, the cut-off was 91%.
Academics and Faculty
The daily routine of Sri Venkateswara College is quite hectic. The professors are always ready for the questions and attentive towards students so they want to clear the students' doubt, the overall environment is good here.
Fees and Scholarships
As it is a government college, the course fee is INR 14000 per annum. There are various scholarship options available for the reserved category students.

Venky has the best societies in DU like nritya, verbum, anubhuti, etc. During the nexus, the festival of Venky is one of the cool fests in DU which always fascinates 5000 students in a ground with great star nights. Life in Venky is excellent.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for my college is: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam with the minimum percentage in PCB is 60%. There is no entrance exam for this course in any college of DU. The typical cuttoff for this course is 96% in PCB

Placements & Internships : Many companies are coming here every year to give internships. Among all the colleges in south campus. this college getting a gathering of a huge number of very famous companies like Samsung, apple, whirlpool, LG etc. They often give students a good salary.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for this course is to pass the 12th board exam conducted by any board with at least 60 % and there was a relaxation in percentage for SC and ST category students. The cutoff is around 80%. There is no entrance exam to get the admission.
