- I did two internships: Airports Authority of India, Ahmedabad and DRDO, Chandipur.
- Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Standard Chartered, Capgemini, TEKsystems, etc..
- Most companies are IT firms.
- Average CTC : 4 LPA
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Accommodation is usually available for all students seeking hostels. Canteen food prices are also subsidized. Classroom and Labs are pretty neat. WiFi is not there throughout the campus.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Eligibility criteria: 55% or above in PCM
- Admission: SAAT or JEE Mains. (SAAT is better. Easier and better chances)
- The cut off is 2000.
Academics and Faculty
Classes are usually for around 9 hours ie.from 9 am to 5 pm. Projects and assignments are moderate (Neither too tough nor too easy) teaching methods at Institute of Technical Education & Research, [ITER] Bhubaneshwar is really good in the Eastern part of the country.
Fees and Scholarships
- The Course fee is INR 200,000 per year for day scholars.
- Scholarships are available if you have good scores for 10th and 12th.
- 5/100 students get scholarships.
Clubs and Associations
There are many clubs and societies in the campus and apart from that, the students can open up their own clubs. College life is pretty strict for hostel students.
